The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday included, under the glass roof for lunch, in the Grand Dining Room for dinner and on weekends. Outdoor seating if the weather permits.

Glass walls, a patchwork of traditional Moroccan cement tiles on the floor, chairs designed by Panton in the 1950s, tables in gray and pink marble... Eras intertwine, but the cuisine is of today.

The room is vast. The thick, taut carpet gives a feeling of lightness. Its design, created by Italian photographer Elia Festa, immerses you in his world of black and white, creating an abstract cosmos and transferring, as he wished, the art from the walls to the floor.
The ambiance, for the rest, is given by the glimmers and patinas in gradient that touch the columns, reliefs, and decorations, which the room has enriched over the years. At the back, a huge mirror dominates a marble credenza that was a hunting table; the kitchens are nearby. And with the setting thus laid out, Gastronomy takes its rights.
